Established in 1976, CES has steadily grown and is now strategically located in seven locations throughout the western United States and China. We are best known for our land application and water reuse systems. In 1998, we became a subsidiary of Valmont Industries, Inc., allowing us to offer water management services through their worldwide dealer network.

CES uses a unique blend of scientific, engineering, and technical consulting services to solve water and environmental challenges. Our goal is to find sustainable solutions that are much more cost effective than traditional engineering approaches. We strive to combine science, engineering, and the cumulative experience of our staff with the benefits of natural processes to conserve resources - one project at a time. We focus on excelling in service, problem resolution, and project execution that exceeds our clients' needs. CES received a 98% satisfaction rating from our clients in 2008.
