Senior Engineer
Job Title: Senior Engineer
Location: Pocatello, Idaho
Salary: Competitive Salary (DOE) & Benefits
Responsibilities:
Include industrial water/wastewater/stormwater treatment system design with a focus on land treatment,
water management plan preparation, process design and equipment selection, assembly of plan sets with
specifications for regulatory review and construction, project management, technical drafting coordination,
written specifications, and construction cost estimation.

The person in this position is expected to enjoy meeting new people and inspire confidence with coworkers
and clients; possess excellent technical skills and able to apply them to solving problems; able to communicate
complex issues/processes/solutions in laymen’s terms; highly organized and able to competently plan and manage
project scopes, budgets and schedules; foster and promote teamwork with staff in multiple offices; develop and
maintain effective working relationships with clients; be a self-starter and able to generate and complete
project tasks without immediate supervision; and able to identify and develop project leads and prepare proposals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or other relevant related field
- 7-10 years of experience with designing water and/or wastewater treatment systems
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Idaho, or able to obtain license within 3 months
- Strong oral and excellent written communication skills
- Able to clearly communicate technical information to colleagues, clients, and regulators
- Able to perform field activities (e.g., stoop, lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist high, walk, etc.)
- Able to travel for brief periods of time, typically will not exceed 2 weeks
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a water/wastewater design engineering consultant with project management experience
- Masters Degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer in other western US States
- Stormwater modeling and permitting experience for industrial facilities
