Greg Thurman, PE - Executive Director / Managing Engineer

Mr. Thurman is a graduate from Georgia Tech with a degree in chemical engineering. After spending several years overseas working on development projects, he returned to the United States to begin a career in wastewater and pollution management. With a vision for sustainable resource management, his path led him to CES 14 years ago where he is now a Managing Engineer. His work is focused on the treatment and management of wastewater from municipal and industrial sources including electrical power generation, coal bed methane production, food-processing and others. He has participated and completed numerous industrial water reuse/recycling projects across the United States and internationally. Mr. Thurman is currently located in Beijing China where he heads CES’ international program.

Nan Zhou - Technical Manager

Mr. Zhou is the technical manager of Valmont Water Management Group, located in Beijing China. He obtained his M.S. and Ph. D. degrees in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University. Mr. Zhou started his tenure with Valmont since 2005.
